Our amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, sparkling pool, and three ponds for leisure fishing.
The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, with daily hours from 10am to 8pm.
Every apartment includes washer and dryer hookups, though washers and dryers are not provided.
All of our apartments are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, range/oven, and dishwasher.
We will hold packages that are addressed to the leasing office. Please note that we do not have a package room, so you can only retrieve packages during normal business hours.
The fitness center is open 24/7.
Our fitness center includes a treadmill, walking pad, two stationary bikes, free weights, dumbbells, and a rowing machine.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am.
Pet Policy
Our community is pet friendly, but we do not allow exotic pets on the property.
Pet fees include a $150 pet fee, a $150 pet deposit, and monthly pet rent of $50.
We have a 50-pound weight limit for pets and certain breed restrictions apply. Contact us for more information!
We do not currently have a pet park on the property.

Several shopping centers are located in the immediate area, and our community is within 15 miles of the nearest shopping mall.
Maintenance
Our maintenance team ensures that everything in your apartment is functioning properly. Carpets are cleaned or replaced as needed, and all apartments are professionally cleaned and painted before new residents move in.
We have on-site maintenance staff available.
You can submit maintenance requests through our convenient resident portal at any time, or you can call or email the office directly.
Maintenance issues are handled by priority in the order they are received. For example, a water leak would be addressed before changing a light bulb.
You do not need to be present for work orders to be completed, as long as you have granted permission for our technicians to enter your apartment.
You can call the office for lockout assistance. Please note that fees may apply depending on the circumstances, and you will be required to provide a photo ID.
Interior and exterior alterations to the property are not permitted.

No, there is no cost to tour our community.
It is best to make an appointment, but we do accept walk-ins.
Management is in the office from 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with the exception of lunch breaks.

Applications are generally processed within 24-48 hours.
Your up-front costs will depend on the amount of your security deposit and pro-rated rent.
Signing a lease is a big commitment, so it's important to make sure you are ready for this responsibility.

Renter's insurance is required. You can purchase your own policy or be added to our master policy for $19 per month.
Utilities are not included in the rent.
Our office will set up your electric, water, and trash accounts. You are responsible for setting up your gas account.
Both Spectrum and AT&T are available in our area for internet and cable services.
We offer a $250 referral credit that will be applied to your account after your first full month's rent has been paid. This offer has no cash value.
Security deposits do not transfer between communities.
Subleasing is not allowed in our community.
We offer 6-month leases as the shortest initial option, with the option to continue month-to-month afterwards.
